I have wonderful news, the WPJA Q1 results are out.....and guess what!! I placed 2 images of the 5 images that I sended in free!!!
The 2nd place in the CEREMONY, and the 15th place in the DETAILS category. the international wedding photojournalist association wpja invited me 2 months ago and I never believed I could win an award (between all those great and international photographers)....but I did it!!!
INT.JUDGES COMMENTS:
2nd) This is a wonderful photograph of the wedding setting. Beautiful light, good composition and the red umbrella adds just the spot of color the photo needs to the otherwise muted palette.
At least one person came prepared for the weather. Great scene setter. Makes one wonder how the ceremony went.
